Waiwera House

The Waiwera House results from intense collaboration with an inspired client. Masterful craftsmanship realises the design. Two rectangular volumes are separated by vertical circulation and are zoned as living and sleeping respectively. The living volume is transparent from the rear outdoor areas of the site with cantilevered terraces that float over the Waiwera beachfront. A series of decorative walls divide space and amenity.
